the traveler’s socks are for the feet of wanderers, adventurers, cabin builders, and homebodies. crafted of wool from farms in the midwest, we comb, spin and knit each pair of socks using only hand tools and love. a strand of handspun flax thread is knitted into the heel and toe for extra strength. there are absolutely no synthetics. the way we see it, everyone needs a good pair of socks, and these will see you through all of the adventures on which you find yourself.
raw wool contains lanolin, a natural oil that helps prevent blisters when hiking.
the price of our socks includes all the routine repairs that might be necessary until you’ve worn them out respectably (until they’ve reached sock-enlightenment).
