the first of our hand-sewn clothing pieces to be made available for retail sale, the field thermal is made of a waffle-knit organic cotton fabric, sewn by hand in our studio. no dyeing has been necessary to produce the multicolored stripes; several varieties of heirloom cotton show their natural colors. choose a simple neckline or a button placket with our own in-house made wooden buttons.
our clothing pieces are sewn to order; when you make your purchase, we will reach out to collect your measurements. please allow several weeks for your piece to be made.
the fabric for our clothing is not made in-house but is sourced intentionally from fabric manufacturers. this organic cotton fabric is machine-knit in the USA. once the fabric gets to our studio, all the work is done by hand, scissor + needle, without machines.
